- Initial health assessment to develop the baseline medical profile to be integrated with individually designed and monitored medical, exercise, and nutrition plans.
- Annual Physical and immunization update.
- Executive Visit with complimentary Hormone Therapy, Biometrics, Weight Loss consultation, and Tri-immune & B12 injection.
- Appointments:
- Appointments within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday.
- Unlimited telehealth visits using Doximity when necessary, 7 days per week.
- In-office blood draws and customized laboratory services such as hormone and genetics testing.
- Convenient access to health information via patient portal.
- Enhanced and secure communication access to Dr. Murray through email, text, and virtual visits.
- Enhanced communication and coordination of your care with other physicians and medical services, as necessary.
- Personalized assistance with appointment scheduling and reminders for Dr. Murray's Concierge Medicine Program and office appointments.
- Direct contact with Dr. Murray’s Concierge Medicine staff during regular office hours, Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-4pm, and Fridays from 8:30am-3pm.
- Discounts on nutritional supplements and injections at Dr. Murray's office (i.e., B12, Tri-Immune, Vitamin D), and Metagenics portal.
