Dr. Emilia E. Murray is a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Internal Medicine physician with over 20 years of experience in her field. She is also a proud member of the Medical Board of Internal Medicine, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians, Florida Medical Association, and the Collier Medical Society.
Dr. Murray’s academic achievements are impressive, having graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science
in Biology from the University of Puerto Rico, and completing her doctorate in medicine with honors from La Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine, in Puerto Rico.
With extensive experience in the healthcare industry, Dr. Murray completed her residency program at Mount Sinai (Cabrini Medical Center) located in New York. She was also an attending physician and consultant in a multi-specialty clinic in New York City, where she worked with a diverse ethnic population.
In 2003, Dr. Murray relocated to Florida and worked as an attending physician in a multi-specialty group in Ft. Myers, providing inpatient and outpatient medical care.
In 2005, Dr. Murray moved to Naples and started her own practice. Her passion for providing quality care has led her to also specialize in wound care, where she was trained by the National Healing Center and provided services at the NCH Wound Healing Center for 5 years. In addition to her work in wound care, Dr. Murray has also been a proctor for the Nursing School in Cincinnati, educating and facilitating medical training for new practitioners entering the field.
Dr. Murray's years of experience in her field shed light on the importance of also incorporating weight loss, anti-aging, and rejuvenating medicine services, and how offering these treatment options can improve the physical and mental well-being of many of her patients. This realization has resulted in her expanding her knowledge and expertise in these areas, and adding a Med Spa component to her practice.
